He was fighting people that would constantly attack through rips + glads defense, until they died. Do you really think they had wild blow on their bars?

I still stand by my PvE build for my war of 6 addren axe skills + Glyph of Essence and Meteor Shower

Pop glyph, agro mob, as they start the attack drop meteor shower and start with the adren building while my rit tosses either Nightmare Weapon or Splinter on me.

But any single skill can go over that cap. Same with movement buffs/reductions and whatnot.

I still take great pleasure in d-shotting an assassin's lead or off-hand attack, especially while he's under an IAS. I even d-shotted AoD once during the costume brawl. Assassins can be so predictable

No rez sig?

Anyways... I used frustration on a monk, and the idiot tried to cast LoD. So in the time he was casting that I casted Diversion and slammed their party over. There was really, no contest.

This thread seems more like a "the idiots I faced today" or "how I took revenge" thread than a "clever skill use" thread...

There was a bug with the skill during beta. It worked on everything, therefore killing the guild lord in 10 seconds, and was impossible to stop from happening. Possibly the worst PvP bug ever.

I remember watching a game where [RenO] hid a sin behind the teleporter ramp on Imperial Isle and shadowsteped out when the other teams runner came out. Pretty funny to watch.

Indeed.

It's a shame that they renamed the skill though. "Signet of Might" sounds way better. Sort of like "Golden Rhino Bash".

Try this for size:
I was running my Vengeful Ritualist at Aspy.
The Kurzick ranger and mesmer gang up on me. The mesmer drops Diversion. It hit me just as I was trying to use Vengeful Weapon. I was like - crap, no! BUT then the ranger interrupted my Vengeful before it completed thus saving it from getting diverted!
I almost thanked the ranger in public chat for that!

solo-Running to all towns in the elonian desert as a IW-sin, with skills in my bar like Feigned Neutrality, 2 Teleports to foe, Shadow Refuge and Dash. I was teleporting from foe to foe and dashing out.

Later that day, I used the same build to solo-pwn (well not really solo) Kuunavang. At around 80% of her health, she wiped out all my henchies and heroes... -.- The rest of her health I had to take down myself, only took 5 mins or so.

in AB used a combination of skills which killed off two opponents: Sin and Ele

I was running W/A Lone Ganker.

First sin was rushing to me with dash, blocked his phoenix strike with shield bash, then ele caught up and start glyph sac+ meteor shower, I Shadow walk to her and start using attack skills, sin got up and rush to me, I YAAed him and ignored him, while keep attacking the ele while she is casting fireball and stuff. Ele is about half health and start casting Savannah Heat, right after she finish, i shadow step out with dash and used heal sig, sin rushed to me and got shield bashed again on the phoenix, then i started attacking the sin, whose chipping damage is not gonna hurt me anyway, ele caught with us again and start casting fireball, i shadow walk to her, fireball missed and also used YAA on sin, sin is cripple and walking towards me and i killed the ele during time. Which afterwards I killed the sin with cripple, weakness and shield bash.

basically sin never pulled off a combo on me, and ele never got to nuke me.

shield bash, dash, shadow walk, heal sig, YAA, attack skills

I should have known that there would be PvP elitists in here talking smack.

And I was being stance-removed...I saw Wild Blow and Wild stab or whatever sin stance removal skill they have pop up a couple times.

I've done a bunch of other stuff that seemed cool to me at the time but would probably be called noobish by the elitists here who probably run around Kamadan and TA lobby flashing their /rank whenever they can.

You don't have a clue what the world elitist means. Stop trying to troll.

I'd say my best skill usage (which was really more luck) was interrupting a ranger's dshot at 0:06 remaining in old halls, allowing us to cap and win. I was shocked that I actually managed it.
